Someone asked where locations 8 and 9 are
Location 8 and 9 (seen with green stars below) are actually 3 and 4 because Tillamook Oregon and Grants Pass Oregon were the first 222 Plan locations
Lordsburg, NM Amtrak Station Locations 8 and 9
Tillamook idea was scratched because it was too far from Portland, Oregon which was a major city
Signal was received to populate area with goats, then the idea went to turn this area into a city the size of Tokyo, Japan. "222 Plan" eventually moved and made bigger (see below)
Current 222 Plan location now includes "X marks the spot", the "wobble" 4 or more Amtrak Stations, room for 8 or more new Major cities, farms, mining and room for Alaskans, Hawaiians, Guamanians, Puerto Ricans, homeless or houseless or poor people etc., in an expanding United States.
